I tried to phone but decided to try this. The light goes green and then red on the satellite box. The channels blink in and out and we can't watch anything because you miss most of it. Please let me know what I can do.

It looks like you're having a signal issue but I cannot pinpoint the source without troubleshooting... It might come from the receiver itself, the dish or wiring too. Did you try to unplug the receiver from the power for about a minute to see if it helped?
Also, if you have many receivers is the issue happening on all of them? If not, I recommend swapping it with another one you know is working well to see if the issue stays at the location or follow the receiver.
After doing that, you can contact us so we can fix the issue depending on the outcome. You can phone us or chat in (Customer chat ) and we'll either send a replacement receiver or an installer to your home.

I tried unplugging everything but it was even worse when it was first turned on then got a little better. We have two receivers and they both are doing the same thing. How do I get help this way, this is all new to me. Can I get a new receiver or two?
