I can not configure port range forwarding on my DPC3838V modem. It won't let me save the my setting. What can Shaw do to solve this problem?

After click the "Save Setting" button on the page, I still get an empty Port Range Forwarding list.


I have tried to press and hold the RESET button at the back of the modem for more than 30 seconds to bring the modem to factory setting. It does not solve the problem.
