I have also tried Internet Explorer and Fire Fox....nothing works
I haven't heard anything in regards to the site being down and testing on my end, I am able to login. Are you able to load the page and your login fails or are you unable to load the page at all? Can you tell me if you can login on other devices or not?
The page will not load......I have been trying for days. It is very frustrating, I was able to access it once about a week ago using my android but now nothing will load the page. I have no problems with any other website.
That is very strange. Can you tell me if you can access the website on another network, like your phone data if you can? As its happening on your computer and android, I just want to test another network.
Using the phone data only it will not connect either. It says "SSL connection error"
I did talk to someone at Shaw last week and gave them my username and password and they tried it and she said it worked
SSL connection error is not one that Shaw produced and looking up online it is an error specific to Google Chrome. Do you have another browser on your Android you could try?
If you spoke with someone and they could login, I believe it may be something else outside our site and more device specific that could be causing this trouble for you.

Hi again wontbethesorry1. You mentioned that you're not able to login with Chrome, IE or Firefox. I'm assuming that that's on your computer?
And you also can't login with the Android browser, both on the router and through your cell phone data provider.
Have you tried with a different browser on your phone? Also, are you connecting to the Shaw modem (either by direct cable or by WiFi) or to a separate router?
