Sportsnet App Channels not synced

Hi, I am trying to sync my Shaw Sportsnet package to the Sportsnet Now app, and when I do it tells me that I am authorized for SN Pacific/East and SN 360, but it is not authorizazing SN West or One, which I am also subscribed to. it mentioned on the website to contact Shaw if anything is incorrect with channel validation, so I figured this is the best place to see what's up?
