Whenever I sign into my Shaw Account, the My Account page is blank. My Shaw email works fine though. What can I do about this?

Sorry for the delay in response. Are you still having these problems today with Shaw My Account?
If so, please let us know what operating system (eg. Windows 10) and browser (eg. Google Chrome) that you are using and seeing these issues with.
Haven't heard back in a few days and wondering if you are still having the same trouble of if this looks to have been resolved for you. If you are still getting a blank page when trying to log in, something you can also try is clearing the browser cache. You can find steps for this here Internet Browser Support.
