I cancelled my internet service on MAY 27th, and this is my current balance now. What should I do?
The minus symbol on your account balance just means that there is a credit balance on the account. What you should do depends on whether or not you have disconnected the account completely. You mentioned you canceled Internet service, but didn't say if you had other services with us that are still active. If you still have other services with us, the credit will just be applied towards the next invoice, so you don't need to do anything. If you have closed the account completely, your best bet would be to talk to customer service to see about getting a refund. Depending on how you normally pay your account, this might mean we would have to send a refund cheque, or we may be able to reverse the credit back to a credit card.
