Slow Service

I have been a loyal Shaw customer for 8 years perhaps a little longer then that. I continue to find that the internet speed is sluggish and continues to drop. I received a call once just after I discontinued use of tv cable services stating I was going to be rewarded for being a loyal client. I would receive an updated network box in exchange for signing up for tv cable services again. I am sorry but that doesn't sound like loyalty but forcing me to purchase services that at the time, and to this day I do not require or want.


Give the price I am paying I would expect better quality of service so unless Shaw can work to improve this with me I will look elsewhere for improved service.
