The internet speeds at my house in Spruce Grove have been at a slow crawl for several months. It is most apparent in the evening from 5pm on, where the 15mb/s on my plan drops to 2mb/s. The upload speed is essentially zero, and the ping times are in the 1000ms range.
To test I've shut down all devices in the house, rebooted both router (rt-ac87u) and the Shaw modem , no change.
Wired or wireless, no change.
Since it doesn't appear to be a problem with my hardware, and is worst after school/work, I'm assuming the problem is on Shaw's end. How do I get this rectified?
