When I ry to make a call on my newly set up Shaw account, I get a message "the subscriber call clocking feature is activated. Enter your PIN #" I get a response that I have entered an incorrect number, so cannot make any calls out.
Sorry to hear of the troubles you are having. You can turn off that feature online at Sign in · Shaw with the steps here.
