Looks like my post of yesterday didn't get through The fast-forward and play buttons on my PVR remote aren't working. Same thing happened a year or so ago with the number 2 button no longer working so a Shaw employee brought me over a new remote and did the setup for me. That remote wasn't as good quality as the original one that came with my PVR so perhaps why it didn't last as long.
Could someone get back to me to set up appointment for a new remote as I don't drive. And I'm hearing impaired so unable to hear on the phone. A reply by email would suffice too. Thanks.
