It might have been awhile since you have set up your Shaw account but you are being billed a month ahead for your services. If you take a quick look at your most recent statement. It should indicate the period your services are covering; as well as the invoice date and due date.
Your invoice would look something similar to this example:
INVOICE DATE: June 1, 2016
DUE DATE: July 1, 2016
