My scheduled recordings show they are recording on my PVR with the red light but when you go to the recordings tab they are not showing up to watch.
Sounds like that could be a small technical issue, unplug the power to the digital box for one full minute then reconnect it. After an hour try set up a test recording of any show that is coming up soon and you should be good to go!
I did that and it seems to be working now the only problem now is that the tint is all green. All the blues are green. I tried on my tv and its not it is there a way to change it on the tint on the box?

Thanks for getting back to us! I do not believe there is a way to change the colour in that way on the cable box, but usually when we see this, it means a cable between the cable box and the TV itself may be loose or faulty. Are you using an HDMI cable to connect the cable box to the TV? If so, please try disconnecting this cable on both ends and plugging it back in and let us know if that helps.
If not, you may want to try another HDMI cable if you have another one available, as it may be an issue with the cable. Let us know!
