Thanks for reaching out! While I don't have the specifics of this deployment, from time to time we do have to roll back updates. We're glad to hear it's working properly! On our end, we have the 220.127.116.11 update listed as our most recent version of the firmware, which has been rolled out slowly over the last couple of months. I'd recommend trying to do a factory reset of the unit, perhaps that will prompt it to update to the most recent version of the firmware. To do this, just hold down the "Reset" button that should be located in a recessed hole on the back of the unit with a pin/toothpick for 10 seconds, release, then wait a few minutes for the unit to reset. Let us know if this helps.
Thanks for the info. As I have no problems at this time I will hold back on the reset & see how it goes. I really don't want to loose all my settings unless I have to. Thanks again.
The provisioning file sets which firmware version it is supposed to have.. After that it installs that version... I suspect in a couple weeks/months it should upgrade again, unless Shaw rolls back the update.
