My friend had to rush home to be there for a Shaw appointment (between 2-4) today and finds out the tech had already been at her home at noon. What is the point of setting a 2 hour window if you're going to show up 2 hours early? Now she has to waste a Saturday morning HOPING someone shows up (they better) and cancel another engagement just to do so. She better be compensated for this whole mess; very disappointed in Shaw, especially since it was my idea to choose you over Telus in the first place.
