Long story short: since I had IN150 installed on Jul 23, I had to power cycle the Hitron modem at least twice as it lost internet connectivity. This happened overnight - turned on my computer and noticed there was no connection (all the lights on the modem were on except the bottom one indicating LAN activity). Power cycling usually does the trick but I shouldn't have to be doing this; when I was on BB50 the old Cicso modem was solid as a rock.
Hitron is bridged and connects to ASUS RT-AC68U; how do I go about exchanging it for Cisco DPC3848V? Hope it can be done and some good soul on the back end can ensure that it is placed in bridge mode as well. Happy to drop off the Hitron at your Chinook Mall retail location in Calgary.
I had multiple DMs with the admins so my details should still be available, but happy to provide yet again.
