Recently installed internet 150 now my scanner on my network printer/scanner not working - not sending files to desktop
Did you get a new modem when you upgraded? If so, you will need to connect the printer/scanner to the new network.
Yes I did get a new modem. The printer is working fine just not the scanner? Strange
That is strange if you're able to get printing, but not scanning from your networked device. It is possible that you may need to setup some port forwarding rules within the modem's router settings. You may need to contact the manufacture of your device and obtain this information. Once determined you can add the required ports to the Port Forwarding section within the route configuration screen.
