No Service

I recently ordered a student plan self install kit. We installed the Hitron CGNM-2250 DOCSIS 3.0 correctly but we haven't been able to connect to the Internet. The network itself has been accessible. 


The upstream and downstream lights are solid blues, the @ light is off, and the 2.4g/5g lights are solid green. It's been like this for over 12 hours now. I have already tried rebooting and hard resetting the modem; nothing I've tried worked. How do I fix this?
