Modern and router have been cycled and still no internet
No reports of issues at www.shaw.ca/updates. Can you try a direct ethernet connection to the modem only to see if you are able to get online.
If you are then, try another power reset to the modem and router by unplugging them for one minute. Then plug the modem in first, followed by the router.
