Hi. I closed my shaw account and returned my equipment. I have not been unhappy with Shaw but due to some speed issues with internet and outages my family decided it was time for a change. I was told that I would have a final bill for Sept 5 as I still have to pay out some of my pvr. The customer service rep that I saw in person said that she wouldn't be able to give me this information at the Shaw store but would have it straightened up this week. Instead I had a new bill sent to pay for October and November when my account should be closed out. Nothing has changed on my online account as well. When will I get my final bill?
