I haven't been able to log into my shaw go app account for almost a year. Is there a way to fix this? I've deleted and redownloaded the app and still nothing!
Are you referring to the Shaw Phone Portal App? The app itself should still be up and running. The question is why you're not able to log in.
When you try to log in, are you logging in with your https://myaccount.shaw.ca username and password? And if you are and it's rejecting your login, could you go directly to that site and see if your login there is okay?
