New 150 modem - switch no longer works

  • Switched to Shaw 150 (sorry don't have the modem model off hand).
  • My modem has always been plugged into 2 TP Link 6 port switches. These switched are hardwired to various wall jacks in my house (PC, Apple TV...etc.)
  • Ever since modem install - all the devices connected on the switches do not work / receive internet connection
  • Tried all sorts of reboots, unplugging devices, nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting ? Going to try another switch, but since I already have two...doubt both went down
