It is 8:50 am here, yet the Guide and programming are showing as 11:50 am. What's up? Is this system-wide or just my box. I prefer not to reboot - it takes a long time to repopulate the programs.
Unfortunately it appears to be a Vancouver-related at this time (based on the customer examples that we have seen). An open Service Alert has been created; updates when made available to us will be posted at [Resolved] Vancouver area - Incorrect time displayed on set-top cable box . Same here in south vancouver .called in earlier after not seeing anything online about it . Rebooted both boxes but then cs rep found the service alert .Both boxes still showing 12:00 or hunt but now dvd access unavailable and can't access my recorded shows . Hope this resolves sooner rather than later. All channels seem to be active.
It says resolved but my boxes have not been rebooted and still show the 12:00 time with pvr not available. I just rebooted one per and it is now working .Will try the second one but it hopefully will work . update..second pvr had rebooted by itself.
