Since switching to Shaw's wireless modem/router my internet is a joke. It lags every day and then goes right off. I frequently get the No Internet Access even though the connection is strong. There are only two computers in this house using the internet and if we are on it at the same time it's impossible to do anything. I am so ticked off with Shaw's service as of late. Not only is this an issue but so is the new HDPVR which I have had to call about a few times. Then the home phone goes out too. I am quite possibly the most ticked off Shaw customer right now. My husband and I are about ready to switch providers as the service has been such crap.
