Have the Shaw channel packages (Burnaby BC) changed? As of October 1, we no longer get channel 19 (W Network). On 19, we see a box that says we're not subscribed.
W Network was on a free preview that had expired as of October 1st (today), thus the message that you're seeing. If you are interested in subscribing to this channel, let us know so that we can take a closer look at your account.
I don't see how that's possible. We've been watching that channel for many years, including the last couple of years since we changed to this digital package. That would be a very long free preview period, wouldn't it?

The free preview ran from the September 1st to October 1st of this year; channel may have been authorized to your account even though no official subscription to it. September 1st of 2016 or 2015? Because I've had the Personal TV package since September 1st 2015, and I've always had W Network until today.
