You are offering some free channels this month, my son has them, we both have same equipment and packages but I don't have them. What gives?
The free preview channels should be available to all customers during the trial period (Free Previews, Free Channels | TV - Shaw ); the channels that are not working, is audio working only? If so, your equipment may not be MPEG4 compatible; for more information on this, have a look at Guide to MPEG4 Channels and Digital Cable Boxes . Please let us know how it goes!Ken
Like I said we both have the same boxes 3510M and are compatible to Mpeg4 the channel he gets do not show up in my guide at all
If that is the case try unplugging the power to your digital box for one full minute then reconnect it and it should get the channels within an hour!
ok My bad, the free channels are lumped in with my basic channels and for some reason my sons are lumped in with his HD list. I only watch HD so I never wander down there. Which brings another question if these channels are not in HD why would anyone want them?

I wonder that too..
I can immediately spot the difference, also why I like the HD channels separate on the guide.. Lowest channel we watch, happens to be the only SD channel that gets watched is 186, and only because Shaw won't carry the HD version.. I have no idea even which channels below that we subscribe to..
