I have run the Shaw speed test and gotten good results (120-130 Mb/s download with the Shaw 150 plan) but am still experiencing shuttering when loading videos. Also, when I run Google's speed test the results are terrible (0.8-3Mb/s).
I have reset my computer, router, etc. My phone does not experience these issues when connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Connecting my PC though Ethernet does not make the results any better. This is in Calgary.
