connectivity issues

It seems there currently is an intermittent issue with Shaw's routing options not allowing connections to various Google services or other locations on the network. 

Is there any network issue we should be aware off? I already recycled the Hitron, same issue. Very bad connectivity to various locations. Seems to come and go.

I still cannot reach gmail, but I know gmail is reachable from outside the Shaw network.
