Gateway system

I'm still having problems with my PVR connection. Constantly getting "can't communicate with gateway". this is ongoing for the past month and would like a serviceman to check things out. Suspect poor signal from pole to house as wire has expanded to a noticeable droop. All connections seem ok in the house. Videos cut out on my recordings and on live TV. Thinking of going back to Bell or to Shaw Direct. Can you please have a serviceman come to the house and check things out? On two occasions I was kept on the phone for 1/2 an hr. waiting before I hung up. So decide to try on this forum.
