This morning that all my cameras were not working anymore. I could not access the router with 192.168.0.1 - so I rebooted. With my PC connected with ethernet I could now access the Wan Setup panel and noticed that both the WAN IP Address and Gateway IP Address had changed.
As all my cameras were accessible from the outside world via the Gateway IP address I tried to change it back to the old one; it did not work. I tried to restore the old saved settings without success.
Yhen I phoned technical support and they told me to use a forwarding service.
Why is this change? It has worked for the last 3 years and for 2 weeks since I upgraded to 150 and received the Hitron router. What happened since last night?
Any suggestions? Thank you.
