The past few times that I have been at a location that has Shaw Go Wifi, I can see it and I appear to have 3-5 bars but I can't do anything. ie speedtest will not connect, safari will not connect, I cannot access email. This has happened on both Macbook Pro and on iPhone 6S Plus. I tried removing and adding my Macbook Pro but it did not help.
Is there any troubleshooting that we can do while I am at a site such as a restaurant or coffee shop? so I can get Shaw Go Wifi working on my devices while I am there or for the next time.
