Motorola Surfboard 5100 Support

It appears there were upgrades on the network about 2-3 weeks ago (Lethbridge AB) and my Motorola Surfboard 5100 is no longer working on the Shaw network. I have another internet provider and Shaw supplies the cable for that. I had 2 visits from Shaw technicians and they confirmed that the lines are clear and signal is strong.


Can I get an updated list of modems that are still supported on the updated cable network?
