I don't know what is going on, but I am loosing connection at least 3 times per day.My POS device cannot operate correctly and it will use backup phone dial and tie my phone line .This is not acceptable.
When you lose your connection, do the lights on the modem change?
They are constantly flickering.
When you internet is working, you should have 4 solid green lights (not flashing), when your internet goes out, do you still have 4 solid green lights?
