For a couple of weeks now I've been getting messages saying that a Network Service Error has occurred. This usually pops up when I try to delete an email and sometimes it happens when I try to send an email.
I haven't hear of any reports of this issue. It is very odd.Do you have some examples or screen shots of the issue/message? Please blank out any personal information when posting the image up.

I got the error message twice so far this morning. Here's the screenshot
Thanks for the screenshot lmaille, definitely a strange one if it's happening when deleting or sending out email. Do you notice this happen on multiple browsers or just on a specific one? If you have more than one Shaw email account, do you notice this symptom on all accounts as well? First part of troubleshooting, I would try a reset of your current browser, to rule out any strange behaviour that it may be causing. For more details on how to reset your browser, have a look at our Community guide found here Internet Browser Support
I get these error messages when I delete a message or when I try to retrieve a message. I have only one email account and only use one browser. I got one message this morning and made a screenshot of the error details
I reset the browser as you suggested and then a few hours later I got this message
The excellent page at 502 Proxy Error gives us some useful information on what could be causing this. It's likely that your computer and the webmail server have some mismatched communication going on here.
Could you -
1. Reset the cache on your browser
2. Restart your computer
3. Restart your modem
Let us know how it goes after those steps!
