for some reason I can't start the app anymore on iOS 10. I get "could not create login URL for partner [shaw]" message when I try to loggin. I reinstalled the app but still get this message.
Ouch, sorry to see that covex! As a test, if you had tried the online version (http://freerange.shaw.ca), are you able to sign in and view content through your browser?Ken
thx for reply shaw-ken. looks like there is something wrong with my shaw internet connection at home. i was able to run rangefree tv app from my iphone at work no problem. i'll call shaw tech support tonight
Hmm, that's a strange one to hear covex. By any chance, running VPN at home, or any custom firewall settings on your home connection? We can certainly continue troubleshooting over here on Community, or we're pretty active if you're on Social Media (@Shawhelp on Twitter or look for us on Facebook), let us know!Ken
strange indeed. my shaw modem is in the bridge mode (finally after few months of talking to tech support one rep was able to switch it to bridge) and im using my own router. my router is not blocking anything as shaw app was working there before. im not using vpn services and i dont have problems with anything else that using my internet connection. i'll try to run freerange tv on my home desktop a bit later
