Wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Down in High River, AB and ever evening around 6:00PM my speed test to Edmonton, and some other eastern provinces, slow right down. I have the 150 plan and if I do a speed test local all is good. Which i what Shaw support always wants you to do. But a speed test to Edmonton goes down to 6-10Mb max. Very easy to duplicate and happens ever busy period. Really sucks as some work flows are in Edmonton. I don't suspect any can fix this but just wondering if others have the same. And any guidance on how to have Shaw tech support take it seriously.
