Hello, I live in Fort Mcmurray in the TImberlea area and since before Christmas Internet has been so slow I can not watch Netflix without it pausing continuosly to "buffer". I have tried the trouble shooting tips sugested on this site (ie. reboot and direct connection) and the problem continues. We have a password to access our internet and no other device is running at the same time. Do you have any suggestions as how to fix this problem.
