Higher Ping and Disconnects in Overwatch

Hi there,

Over the course of the last month or two Overwatch has become very frustrating to play. I've been having constant ping spikes (200+), as well as having a higher overall ping than a few months ago, from ~60 to 80-90 now. I'm linking a post I made on the Battle.net Overwatch forums where I've included a lot of test data.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help get this problem figured out!

Hi, thanks for reading
I'm trying to get into competitive Overwatch this season, but due to a recurring issue with my internet I'm unable to play for much longer than 30 minutes at a time without being disconnected from my match and forced to log back on. This issue has been happening for the better part of a month now.

I'm located in Winnipeg, Manitoba and I use Shaw as my ISP.

I'm playing on Wifi, which is less than ideal I know, but unfortunately its my only option. I'm on a 5Ghz network using the Alfa AWUS036AC USB Adapter.

I ran a WinMTR test while playing around in the Test Range so as not to lose any more of my rank, and these are the results:

Hopefully I didn't swamp you with too much info too quickly, and thank you again for taking the time to help me out :)
