It will just sit and spin until I click.
I have not seen any issues like that. I am not sure what browser you are using but if you are using Internet Explorer could you try another browser like Google Chrome or Firefox?
Sometimes it will be a browser issue and that is the fastest way to find that out. You could also try just restarting the computer to see if that will help.
Hi Jason, I'm using internet explorer. This just started 2 days ago. Everything else is fine.

My wife has the same computer, same browser, same internet provider and hers works fine. Really don't want to change browsers.
Ok that is great, if it is working on a second computer that means it is just an issue with that one browser on your computer. Likely just needs an update.

Try clearing the cache and then check to see if web mail works properly.
