WIN10 having problems with Shaw EMail

Twice I have received error codes from Microsoft regarding my Email account. The issue was resolved by deleting the account and adding manually for active exchange. It worked for a day. Trying to delete and add manually for active exchange did not work the second time. So I tried POP3 manually. It created the account - however now I get the message My Settings are out of date and I am not seeing any of my e-mails. Microsoft did do an update today which I applied 6 hours before this post. Anyone else having this problem?
