VOD was working great last week, but this week reports 16530 and to call Shaw. Thought I'd ask if there's a fix without having to call Shaw.
Do you get this error when you try entering VOD, or just when trying to place an order? Does it seem to affect all orders or just one in particular? Are you able to order the title through Shaw On Demand?
I tried 'renting' some tv episodes, the error happens after the order appears to have gone through, i.e. it shows expiry date/time, but brings up a "close" option/link, to I assume start the show. Then I get the 16530 error. I tried accessing a few tv shows plus a TMC movie and get the same thing. I didn't try SOD.
