Email sent by my company used to reach my Shaw inbox until about October of 2016 when it stopped. We just tested again the other day and on my company end it says the email has gone through but it never arrives to my inbox. I don't have any rules set to block IP's or email addresses. Can you assist please? The emails are coming from APEGA (Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta) and their newsletter is sent from firstname.lastname@example.org (IP 220.127.116.11). I've checked with a number of my colleagues who also have Shaw email addresses and they are not getting the newsletters anymore either. Has something changed?
