I was having playback issues and eventually my screen blacked out. The cable is working again but all my recordings are gone. I periodically have playback issues but it always resolves itself but the vansishing recordings is new.

Same thing happened to us. Had trouble watching recordings this past Sunday night (playback stopped partway and then said it couldn't establish a connection to the Gateway). On Monday (Jan 23) when we tried again, all recordings were gone. shaw-shaun, can you help?
Hi bawalykut have you tried resetting your Gateway? If not, you can unplug the power on the main box to reset it. If that doesn't fix it we can message you for the account info and try resetting it from our end. Thanks!
