I have set up my shaw email using IMAP instructions and I continuously get the following error:
"The server for account "Rebecca" returned the error "cds063.dcs.int.inet Zimbra IMAP4rev1 server closing connection; service busy." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?"
I enter my password and it goes away for a period of time. My IMAP settings are as follows:
Incoming server: imap.shaw.ca: 993
Checked no to 'Override default port'
checked yes to 'Use SSL to connect (recommended)
Outgoing server: mail.shaw.ca: 587
Checked yes to 'Override default port'
Checked no to 'Use SSL to connect (recommended)
What am I doing wrong? Is there a different way I should set up my email? I tried doing an Exchange set up and it wouldn't connect at all.
