Help with bridging hitron?

I want to know people's opinions on the following. I have the hitron and since day one have had a horrible time with two Xbox ones getting open NAT types. I've read it's best to bridge the hitron and get my own router that supports multiple gaming devices. I've tried everything already and still get strict to moderate.  So as my last attempt I'm wondering if I should get my hitron bridged (I have internet 120. 150 is not available in my area yet) or trade in the hitron for the Cisco? Any advice would be appreciated! Last time I spoke with shaw I had internet 60 and they said I could not bridge the hitron.
