Is there a way to report a problem at a specific hotspot?
I use ShawOpen / Shaw Go WiFi all the time, and generally it works very well. However, one local spot (probably Gates Park / 2300 Reeve St. in Port Coquitlam) gets practically zero bandwidth a lot of the time, despite giving a strong WiFi signal. This frequently forces me to turn off WiFi and go to my cellular service to get internet connectivity. This is in the middle of a park with very few people around, so it seems unlikely to be overloaded from normal use, and the problem has been there consistently for months.
