i have 2 shaw email accounts using apple mail; as of this afternoon the main one can't send, receive or log on to webmail, the other one can't send but can receive and log on to webmail.
outgoing servers in dropdown all say ''shaw[offline]'' for each account.
i get this message
''There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “shaw.ca” or try again.
The server returned the error: The attempt to send data to the server “(null)” failed.''
Are both accounts setup with the same server information?
Can your computer browse any websites (want to verify your computer is able to get online in general)?
yep and my gmail works fine.
Just to verify if the email address is still active and the password is still the same, are you able to log into Shaw Webmail?
