After a decade with their flawless and great docsys, we upgraded to the new gateway for tv and the new dual band cisco modem/router and we've had 3 weeks on non stop frustration. What a sh*t system! Works great for awhile then nothing, most of the time you need to reset the router for data flow to return. It is NOT a signal issue.
Watch traceroutes if your connection gets sluggy. The first hop 188.8.131.52 constantly spikes over 3000+ms and may or may not fix
