Once a week or every few weeks our Gateway is frozen. We switched from the first generation Gateway to the Gateway/Portal and have had issues since. We'll come home to unresponsive portals and when we check the Gateway the clock is frozen and there are no additional lights other than the power button. Unplugging there unit and powering it back on fix it but its a pain and unreliable. If we're not around to reboot it we lose any scheduled recordings. Any idea? Shaw phone support looks at the logs and say theres nothing wrong.
