Shaw My Account Issues

In the "My Profile" tab of My Account the "Manage your Shaw IDs" section just shows a loading circle infinitely. Also when I attempt to assign a Account Nickname, a browser authentication dialogue box appears which makes no sense. It has been doing this since yesterday.
