Was i charged an installation fee??

Hi, we recently had someone at shaw come and install the new Internet 150 modem as it was a 2 year promotional upgrade. We paid our bill for the month earlier but now i'm noticing there is a $5.01 charge.


We were told on the phone by a customer service representative that there wouldn't be a charge for the install and i was informed that the modem would not be charged a rental fee as well.


I was wondering why there is a $5 charge on the account now?
